We’re heading back to Texas to talk to the head coach at NCAA D3’s Mary Hardin-Baylor, Ben Shipp. Coach Shipp is another perfect example of someone who does not coach as his full time gig, yet is as invested in what he does as any D1 coach. Coach Shipp returned to coaching in 2012 after spending the previous 18 years as the full time athletic director, overseeing the school’s transition to NCAA D3 status.
