Whether it’s delivering the latest clinic session on baserunning or giving a post-game press conference in Omaha, Dan McDonnell has become one of the most recognizable faces in college baseball. Since 2006, he and his Louisville Cardinals have strung together an amazing streak of success, ending at times at the College World Series. If you had to choose one word to describe Coach McDonnell, it might be passion. Whether it’s recruiting, game coaching, practicing, or interviewing, Coach McDonnell is certainly passionate about the game and those that are touched by it.
