John Savage has a reputation as a super-organized and a relentless recruiter. And while UCLA has long been able to bring in the best recruits in Southern California, Savage has been able to get the kind of guys that fit his mold perfectly, with an emphasis on pitching and defense. This has resulted in three trips to Omaha in the last four years and a championship ring during the last trip. Hear why Savage gives so much credit to Southern Cal legend Mike Gillespie.
