
Jonathan Estes is beginning year ten as head baseball coach at his alma mater, Freed-Hardeman University. In that time he’s overseen a great level of success, ranking in the top 25 in the NAIA ranks annually.
In this episode, Coach Estes talks about growing up near St. Louis as a big time Cardinal fan, playing football and basketball, going to nearby St. Louis University and logging a record 111 innings in one season, moving to Freed-Hardeman for his sophomore season, his baseball success at Freed- Hardeman, getting drafted by his beloved Cardinals, spending three seasons in the Cardinal organization, starting his coaching in the high school ranks, moving to Harris-Stowe, landing the position with the FHU Lions, the facilities at FHU, recruiting, and his staff.
