Dream jobs take different forms for different people. For Scott Jackson, he believes he’s found it in Liberty University. With the resources of some Power 5 conference schools and values that reflect his own, Scott Jackson sees the potential for a long, happy relationship.
In this episode, Coach Jackson talks about getting his start in coaching at Wofford (a paid gig at $3k per year! And room and board!), being a member of Jim Toman’s original staff at Liberty, his time at North Carolina, landing the head coaching position at Liberty, the facilities at Liberty, Liberty’s mission and philosophy, “recruiting the family”, staff, scheduling, and wanting to be remembered as someone who cares.
