Best career or work advice you ever received.
“Assume they know nothing.” — my head coach now. Instead of assuming they know anything, teach them as if they know nothing. Not in a negative way, but we all need to be brushed up on fundamentals every season. We can’t get mad when they don’t know something that we haven’t spent time on.
